In the time of crisis of Covid-19, you helped us to support those amongst us who were in dire need; the vulnerable individuals within our communities who had nobody to turn to and who were hoping for the compassion of others to get through.
Our food parcels included a variety of key staple food items, such as;
In the west, the governments rolled out initiatives whereby they subsidise the people who are not working. People were given an allowance so that they were able to purchase food & battle through these harsh times. Unfortunately in some parts of Africa, this was non-existent and the poor are left alone to struggle.
